Co-workers

I was extremely impressed with the people I worked with during my internship. Everyone was extremely nice and eager to help. When I had a problem, I could go to anyone and if they didn't know the answer, we would find someone who did know. Even today, if I went to them with a problem, they would try to help. Because there are only twenty or so people that work for Alpheon, the company seems to run better because everyone is familiar with one another. In the twenty people that work for Alpheon, Amanda is the only other woman besides me who worked at Alpheon last summer. Most of the time I only worked with men. I was intimidated at first, but found that working with all men wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Another thing that brings the employees of Alpheon together is lunch on Fridays. Greg Donovan, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), buys lunch on Fridays for everyone in the office. This is special because it brings everyone together for announcements and its a good way to end the work week. I honestly don't think I would have enjoyed the experience if I had to work with another group of people.
