Take the National Academy Foundation's High School Truth & Corporate Dare!
The National Academy Foundation challenges corporate America to partner with local schools and get the inside story on the state of education, while adding a new and exciting option to their employee volunteer programs.
Through the High School Truth & Corporate Dare, the National Academy Foundation will select three to five companies to win its Corporate Courage Award. Award winners will be spotlighted at a special reception in New York City and featured annually for two years in a full-page, national New York Times ad and in outreach to local and regional press.
Corporate Courage Award winning companies will commit to contributing $50,000 per year for two years to the National Academy Foundation, which will provide for the implementation of a range of volunteer opportunities for their employees including job shadowing, providing summer internships, and serving on local Advisory Boards.
